About Maison Clement
French artisan boulangerie-pâtisserie founded in Cambridge in 2017 by Paris-trained baker Clément, with everything made from scratch overnight. It is best known for its croissants and viennoiserie, alongside sourdough, baguettes, tarts and quiches. The French influence shows in the viennoiserie: croissants, pains au chocolat and crusty baguettes. Signature bakes include croissants, almond croissants, baguettes and sourdough.
You will find it trading 6 days a week, adding up to roughly 66 opening hours. The ovens are on early – doors open from 7am on its earliest day. At its most recent food hygiene inspection on 13 September 2025, Cambridge City gave the business a rating of 4 out of 5 – a respectable result.
Arriving by public transport? Head for Cambridge station; from there it is a walk of about 11 minutes. 8 other bakeries sit within about ten minutes' walk, which makes Petersfield a good area to compare loaves and cakes. From central Cambridge it is roughly 0.7 mi away. On-site details we know about: indoor seating.
